Non-Medical Transportation

Lock Hearts Home Care Solutions provides a Non-Emergency Transportation services for our clients. Our NMT services are licensed and insured. We will provide safe and efficient transportation. Non-Medical transportation is transportation for someone with a disability or medical condition which creates difficultes with getting around. These individuals may need transportation for a variety of non-medical reasons ranging from working, accessing community, events, to picking up needed supplies.

Here at Lock Hearts Home Care Solution, we work on implementing skills and bettering the lives of the friends on our team. We perfom intake assessments on everyone to get to know them better. This way we can set long-term and short term goals specifically for them. Individual's goals may range from learning ADL skills that they need for everyday life, to wanting a program that is fun, friendly, or that focuses on better health.
